The Artist - For over 30 years, Mrs. Guevara has promoted and propagated the Sogetsu school of Ikebana and is the founding president of the Manila Chapter of Ikebana International. Mrs. Guevara describes the art of Ikebana as an art that is not logical. Rather, Ikebana compositions are subjective and should appeal to the individual taste and senses of the viewer. The arrangements in this web site are all a joy to behold and are open to everyone's personal interpretation. But above all else, the beauty of the values of today's heroes shine through and are brought to life by the touch of Mrs. Guevara.
